Step 1: Go to your PDS shop
Step 2 : Submit your Aadhar card copy along with the Ration card.

Name different in Aadhaar with service delivery database?
- IF your name is correct in Aadhar
Get your name corrected in the Service Delivery (Example PDS, PMY, etc) in which you are about to use the aadhar card.
- IF your name is not correct in Aadhar
Try to get Your name corrected in your Aadhar using the UIDAI website.

You should always give your Aadhar number while opening an bank account. All the DBT benefits will be credited to the account which is opened by you very latest.
Is Aadhaar number mandatory to get my DBT?
While it is not mandatory to submit the aadhar to avail the DBT benefits, still most of the schemes are asking for the aadhar number to identify the beneficieres. This helps them in removing the fakes and duplicate from DBT database.
If you had applied for a aadhar and had not receieved the Aadhar number still, you can use the Enrollment ID No. (EID).
How do I change my account where to receive DBT funds?
Reach out your banker and ask for the way forward. Most of the banks support in getting the account update in the Aadhar. They will ask you to fill a form. Do not forget to update your account number in the bank. Because the DBT benefits will be paid in to that account and a SMS will be sent from the bank on receiving the Amount in the account.
How would I know that DBT funds have come to my account?
Option1 : Download statement of your bank account and check if you had recieve the amount.
Step 2: Visit your nearest bank branch and put entry in your bank passbook . YOu can check the passbook if any amount is credited from the DBT.
Option 3: Reach out the nearest ATM and get a ministatement, you can find the details of the credit of recent transactions.
Option 4: You can use the service of the Bank Mitra.
